What it is
CRM implementation support covers the business analysis and change management work in a CRM programme. This includes designing the processes that the CRM should support, mapping those processes to CRM configuration, writing requirements, and managing the adoption side of the rollout.
We don't configure CRMs ourselves. We do the work that makes the configuration decisions correct, and that makes the people who need to use the system actually use it.
The gap we fill
Most CRM implementation partners configure the platform. They'll set up pipelines, properties, and automations. What they typically don't do is the upstream work: the process design that determines how the CRM should be configured, the requirements that make sure the right things get built, and the change management that ensures the team adopt the new way of working.
That's the gap we fill. Usually working alongside the implementation partner, not instead of them.
