A UK consultancy built on a decade inside organisations.
Not advisory at arm's length. Work done in the room, with the people responsible for making it happen.
Incountr was founded after a decade of working inside organisations of all sizes.
The same pattern kept appearing. A technology project would launch. It would be delivered on time. The system would go live. And then, weeks later, nobody would be using it the way it was intended, or at all.
The problem was rarely the technology. It was the layer underneath: processes that hadn't been designed for the new system, stakeholders who hadn't been brought along, change that had been announced rather than managed.
Incountr was built to do that work. Not the configuration. The layer underneath it. We bring together business analysis, change management, and delivery discipline in a way that most consulting firms either don't offer or separate into different engagements.
We work with mid-market organisations: complex enough to need this kind of help, agile enough to actually change when given the right support.
What shapes how we work.
We don't recommend a solution before understanding what's actually wrong. Most engagements start with a diagnostic, even when a client thinks they know what they need.
We work alongside the people doing the work, not at arm's length. The best process designs come from understanding how things actually operate, not how they're supposed to.
Adoption doesn't happen at go-live. It happens in the weeks after, when old habits are still pulling. We stay involved until it's embedded, not just delivered.
Over a decade inside organisations across financial services, higher education, housing, and technology. Started in IT Support and Systems Analysis, moved into Business Analysis, Change Management, and Programme Leadership, then Product Ownership and Technology Consulting, before founding Incountr. HubSpot-certified and platform-experienced across the full stack. That's why the work here starts with process and people, not platforms.
