How we engage
Typically on a retainer or day-rate basis, working 2 to 4 days per week inside the team. Engagements usually run for the duration of a programme phase, with a clear handover plan when a full-time product owner is ready to take over. We do not create dependency. We create the structure that makes the dependency unnecessary.
